We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We understand life happens, however, a last minute cancelation limits us in accommodating other clients, therefore, we keep any deposit for cancelations shorter than 24 hours notice. We hope you understand.
I understand you may run late every once in a while, unfortunately, your tardiness impacts my schedule and the client's schedules behind you. Please understand if you are 12 minutes or later for a full set or 7 minutes late for a refill, we might need to reschedule. I'm unable to start a service that can't be completed in that same sitting.
For best results, all lashes must be clean before coming into your appointment. If extensive cleaning is needed before your session can start, it could result in rescheduling your appointment if the appointment behind you is booked.
Any client who does not show for their appointment and does not call, will be charges 100% of their service(s) they were scheduled for. I appreciate your understanding.
If you are a new client and have current lashes from a previous lash artist, please book either a consultation or a removal prior to your full set appointment. Lashes from other artist will need to be removed so we are working with a clean slate and you can have the best results.
